Volunteer Hospice Visiting Service (SFCS)

Volunteer Hospice Visiting Service (SFCS) is an adult community service offered by Southern Frontenac Community Services.

This program offers emotional and practical support to clients who have been diagnosed with a life-limiting or terminal illness. These services are provided:

Home Visiting/ Caregiver Respite
Hospital/ Long-term Care Visiting
